“Improving the health of millions of people through eHealth solutions”
VitalHealth’s mission is to combine the best of two worlds: the best medical expertise of Mayo Clinic with the deep IT knowledge and entrepreneurial experience of Noaber Foundation.
VitalHealth is focused on developing eHealth solutions for ‘Collaborative Health Management’. The VitalHealth founders envision a healthcare environment where patients receive proactive and personalized care using smart, web-based, mobile health IT solutions. Patients facing healthcare issues need to be able to count on well-organized and coordinated care. Every medical professional participating in the care process needs direct access to all relevant patient medical information, no matter when or where this information was collected or generated. Patients need access to that same information in order to take ownership of their health, as far as they are willing and able to. Collaborative Health Management consists of four core elements: proactive-, collaborative-, personalized- and knowledge-based care.
The corporate vision of VitalHealth can be described as follows:
- Improving the health of millions of people
- Being recognized as a thought leader in eHealth
- Enabling seamless collaboration between health professionals and patients
- Building a global network of partners
A part of the corporate vision is our vision on Social Impact. The first element of this vision is identical to the corporate vision: Improving the health of millions. We achieve our social impact goal through both commercial projects as well as sponsored initiatives that affect the community at large.
