Vital for COPD-Asthma is VitalHealth’s second integrated care network solution, developed in close cooperation with renowned lung specialists. The solution was launched during the CAHAG congress in Utrecht (N) on November 8, 2007.

Vital for COPD-Asthma enables the creation of a complete and well-organized electronic medical record for the treatment of COPD and Asthma. All disciplines involved in the care process are supported. Also the patients themselves can participate in the process through a self-management portal. Vital for COPD-Asthma was created in close cooperation with our partner Diagnosis4Health. The solution is based on accepted and published guidelines and treatment protocols.
