	Mayo Clinic The Mayo Clinic is one of the world’s largest integrated hospitals. As a shareholder of VitalHealth Software, the Mayo Clinic supplies medical expertise, as well as the specifications of DEMS, a system for diabetes management developed earlier by the hospital. In addition, it is the Mayo Clinic’s intention to use the VitalHealth Software solutions within its own organization.

	Noaber Foundation The Noaber Foundation is a Dutch foundation that focuses on social venturing. The foundation wishes to contribute to stimulating social improvements through the help of IT-based solutions. Within VitalHealth Software the Noaber Foundation contributes software expertise, investment capital and management expertise.

	Oracle VitalHealth Software and Oracle have a partnership agreement that enables both parties to collaborate in the development and delivery of disease management solutions.

	VitaValley VitaValley is a network of public and private parties in health care, working closely together to develop new innovative solutions for care, validate these, market them and ensure large scale availability. Executed projects can be found at the interface between health care, information technology and chain logistics. The objective is to speed up innovation.
