	InnoQare InnoQare was founded in 1987 as "Van Gelderen and Associates", with the goal to provide services to the healthcare market. Initially, its activities were focused on interim- and project management as well as executive search. Consulting services were added to the portfolio after establishing a partnership with Goldratt Consulting, with a focus on applying the Theory of Constraints (TOC) to the healthcare market.
