Microsoft has evaluated the software of VitalHealth to determine whether it meets certification requirements as determined by Microsoft. Next to that, Microsoft has contacted several of VitalHealth’s customers to verify if the VitalHealth solutions meet their requirements in the areas of flexibility and user friendliness.

Based on this evaluation, Microsoft awarded VitalHealth Software the "Gold" partner status; the highest level in the partner program of Microsoft.
