VitalHealth Software announces update to Vital for Diabetes
Usability improvements
VitalHealth Software is launching an updated version (3.1.6) of its Vital for Diabetes product. The new release provides several usability improvements to care provider groups using the solution.
Unique Identifier
One of the improvements introduces user alerts that help identify if patient identifiers are unique within the larger context of care groups. This will help avoid the occurrence of duplicate numbers.
Reporting
The reporting module has been enhanced to support reporting at multiple levels of data aggregation, including patient-, practice- and care group/network level. Reports can now more easily be tailored to the needs of individual practices or care groups. Outcomes reporting has been expanded from specific indicators to now also include process information, painting a more complete picture of the quality of care provided and identifying potential areas for improvement.
Access at care group level
Vital for Diabetes now supports user access roles at the care group level. This enables designated individuals within a care group (such as care coordinators) to gain access to the software at specific practice or practice group level. This is useful for e.g. claims processing and reporting.
VitalHealth Software’s partner Diagnosis4Health was intimately involved in the realization of the new version of Vital for Diabetes, and assists practices and care groups with the implementation and configuration of the software.
