Strategic partnership VitalHealth and Reflectum
Reflectum selects VitalHealth QuestManager as its strategic solution for Routine Outcome Monitoring (ROM) and Client Directed Outcome Informed (CDOI) work methods.
Arjan van der Weijde, general manager of Reflectum and Laurens van der Tang, CEO of VitalHealth Software signed a strategic partnership in which Reflectum will use VitalHealth QuestManager as its dedicated solution for ROM and CDOI services.
VitalHealth chose Reflectum as partner based on their extensive experience with ROM and CDOI. This experience shows itself through unique expertise in practical implementation methods developed by Scott Miller (US) and John Mellor Clark (UK). The research by Scott Miller leading up to his development of CDOI indicated that the relationship between care provider and patient influences the effectiveness of treatment. Reflectum’s leading position in ROM and CDOI methods together with VitalHealth’s knowledge and experience related to QuestManager provides a unique synergy.
One of the first deliverables of the partnership is a ROM portal for the Dutch Association of Psychologists and Psychiatrists (NVVP). The NVVP wants to develop its own qualitative language and chose Reflectum as content partner. Currently about 350 NVVP members use the ROM portal, that contains a set of mandatory questionnaires as wells as optional CDOI lists by Scott Miller.Given the extensive library of questionnaires stored in QuestManager, a large variety of questionnaires can be activated in any given portal. NVVP members have been asked to help identify which diagnostic questionnaires should be added to their ROM portal.
The partnership agreement allows Reflectum to use the “QuestManager” product name to serve the mental health market together with VitalHealth. The ultimate goal of the partnership is to provide optimal support to customers wanting to implement ROM.
