On March 15th 2006, Celpro and VitalHealth Software reached an agreement on the acquisition of most of Celpro’s activities by VitalHealth Software.

Celpro and VitalHealth Software have cooperated on joint projects since mid 2005, when Celpro delivered an initial software development project to VitalHealth Software. It quickly became clear that there was a strong synergy between the two companies, and substantial added value in closer cooperation. This eventually resulted in the acquisition of Celpro by VitalHealth.

Celpro brings significant software development experience to VitalHealth, including the use of the latest web based technologies. This acquisition creates the perfect combination of knowledge and experience, bringing a new challenge to Celpro and enabling VitalHealth to accelerate the further development of its generic disease management system.
