Has a long track record in the software industry, including the management of large (ERP) software engineering projects and teams. Also led the development of small and agile web based technology software products. Owned and operated a software development company since 2001.

Responsible for the Operations of VitalHealth Software India Pvt. Ltd. including software development and sales. More than two decades of experience in the Software Industry. He has held management positions at several organizations, such as InterComponentWare and CompuGroup. From 2008 through 2010, Rainer was Chief Medical Officer at InterComponentWare USA.
