Member of the board of Baan from 1990 - 2000 responsible for global product development. Involved in healthcare from 2003 as co-founder of VitaValley Foundation. Serves on the board of several national and international software companies.

Marcel Verhoeve (COO, CTO)
Responsible for the Operations of VitalHealth Software, including Software Development. Has a long track record in the software industry, including the management of large (ERP) software engineering projects and teams. Also led the development of small and agile web based technology software products. Owned and operated a software development company since 2001.
