- 3-5 years experience
- Strong in XML concepts
- Hands-on programming skills
- Good with database concepts
- Knowlegde of VB, ASP.NET or Java
- Capable of project planning & tracking for a team size of up to 5 people per project
- Strong communication skills
Technology Developers
- 3-5 years experience
- Preferable experience with application framework development
- Experience with developing web applications, C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML/XSL, AJAX
- Development experience on any of these is a plus: Linux, Mono, FireFox, Oracle
- Good understanding of database concepts
- A clear understanding of OO is a must
- Knowlegde of MDA (Model Driven Architecture) and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)
- Creative and result driven, with a clear understanding of a generic framework, its architecture, openness and developer friendliness
Product Support Engineer
- 3-5 years experience
