EHR Support Team Leader

We are looking for a self-motivated support team leader to join our team in the USA. We have developed a unique web based VitalHealth EHR solution that will be rolled out this fall. The Support Team Leader is responsible for building and leading the support team and developing tools and processes utilized by the team. The support team is responsible for all communications regarding VitalHealth EHR support services to our customers. These services will primarily be delivered via the Internet and telephone. Applicants must have experience with conducting online webinars for product training. Healthcare experience and affinity with small practice work-flows is required. Travel will be limited.

EHR Support Consultant

We are looking for a self-motivated support consultant to join our team in the USA. The Support Consultant is responsible for all communications regarding VitalHealth EHR support services to our customers. These services will primarily be delivered via the Internet and telephone. Clinical Product Specialist

We are looking for a practicing healthcare provider to join our product management team full time as a Clinical Product Specialist. In this role you will be a product expert driving product requirements, roadmap, specification, design, development and implementation efforts for the VitalHealth primary care EHR product. This responsibility will exist throughout the product life cycle from initial idea through development and deployment of the product. This position requires coordination and communication between multiple geographically dispersed teams, along with occasional travel.

Main Responsibilities
• Help improve our EHR and develop new features and workflows
• Prioritize requirements and help define a product roadmap
• Build content for medical specialties including templates and decision support
• Interact with customers to understand practice needs

Skills, Education and other requirements
• College or university graduate with experience in a healthcare-related position
• Previous experience in small primary practices providing care to patients
• Experience with implementing and using EMRs/EHRs
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be willing to travel

Knowledge of:
• Electronic Health Records
• Primary-care provider industry and practices
• Standards of documentation and requirements for notification and reporting
• Coding standards used for billing (CPT/ICD)
• Clinical terminologies such as SNOMED
