VitalHealth Software consists of a number of experienced and senior
people from the Mayo Clinic and The Noaber Foundation.

| Brooks S. Edwards, M.D. (Chairman) Dr.
Brooks Edwards is a consultant in the Division of Cardiovascular
Disease, Department of Internal Medicine at the Mayo Medical Center in
Rochester, Minnesota. He is a Professor in the Mayo Clinic College of
Medicine. Doctor Edwards also serves as the Medical Director for Mayo
Health Company, a diversification activity of Mayo Clinic. Doctor
Edwards has been heavily involved in the utilization of technology to
support and enhance the delivery of medical information. He was the
first Chair of the computer aided instruction committee for the Mayo
Medical School and was the founding editor for MayoClinic.com, the
award winning health information web site for Mayo Clinic. |

| Pieter M. Oostlander Educated
as a “register accountant” (Dutch equivalent of CPA) Mr. Oostlander
worked for 8 years in the audit profession with Price Waterhouse
Coopers and Deloitte respectively. Since 1990 he changed to operational
financial roles in business and worked consecutively in Advanced
Semiconductor Materials Europe (Group Controller), Peek Traffic
(Finance Director), Sylvan Prometric (CFO EMEA region) and Rigda Group
(Group CFO). Mr. Oostlander joined the Noaber Group as Managing
Director in 2004. |

| J.G.P. (Paul) Baan (Advisor) Co-founder
of the Baan Company. Worked from 1996-2000 as founder and Chief
Executive Officer at the Vanenburg Group, an investment company.
Current founder and chairman of Noaber Foundation, a charity foundation
and George Avenue, a social investment fund. His main interests with
both organisations are in the field of assistive technology, health and
care, education, culture and community projects. |

| Henk van den Breemen (Advisor) Decorated
former Chief of Defense Staff of the Dutch Armed Forces. In his career
Mr. van den Breemen has represented the Netherlands in international
panels like NATO, WEU and CSCE. Mr. van den Breemen brings considerable
expertise in leadership management and restructuring issues with large
organizations. |

| Nicholas F. LaRusso, M.D. (Advisor) Chair
of the Department of Medicine at the Mayo Clinic, Distinguished
Investigator at the Mayo Foundation. Professor of
Biochemistry/Molecular Biology at the Mayo Clinic of Medicine. His
interests are on the Liver Transplant, Pathophysiology and therapy of
hepatobiliary diseases, with a primary appointment in Gastroenterology.
The objectives of his laboratory are to apply the fundamental concepts
and broad technologies of cell/molecular biology. |
